T'ai-Chi Chuan is a Chinese Internal Martial Art designed to promote health and longevity as well as for use as self-defense. The slow meditative movements nurture your body by stimulating Acupuncture points, opening Channels or Meridians to increase the smooth even flow of "Chi" (life force) throughout the body and promoting health of the internal organs.
